natural disaster
'Victorian Premier John Brumby has likened his state to 'hell on earth', as Australia's worst ever bushfire disaster continues to unfold.
The Premier has warned there are more tough days ahead, as the death toll from the state's bushfire disaster stands at 66. 76. 84. 108.
There are fears it could soar to more than 100.'
My state is burning. Some of the fires are near some family members, but luckily their houses/lives aren't in danger.

i am currently struggling though my official last essay of the year.
clinicals reassured me of my decision to be a nurse. i really enjoyed caring for people, which is nice, as i always considered myself to be much more selfish (although i am reminded of my school days making sure everyone had safety goggles on).
other than the essay, it seems to be smooth sailing, other than my routine angst over my social retardation, lack of study skills and general disdain for the state of the world. i'm fairly happy.
